My name is Roberto Forno, I have been living in Taichung-Taiwan since 2003 and I work as a Professional Consultant, Service Company, and Trading Co. since 2005. In these 15 years I have helped many Italian customers to reach commercial agreements, inspections, verifications, and supplier's research for new products and manufacturers. The essence of my job is to facilitate the growth of communications between the Taiwanese and Asian suppliers and the Italian Importer. I mainly deal with customized support plans and providing to the customer to be more familiar with this specific Asian market.
I help my clients to overcome the obstacles that sometimes arise in the product, quality control, and inspection material deliveries by taking full responsibility for the procedures and providing them with all the necessary tools to solve any problem, even legal matters.
